A motor with a chucking device and a disk driving device with the motor are provided to implement a low profile by minimizing a distance of an axial direction between a rotor holder and a stator. A rotor includes a rotor magnet and a rotor holder(231). The rotor magnet rotates around the axis of rotation. The rotor holder holds the rotor magnet. A fixing body has a stator. A stator faces the rotor magnet. The stator includes a stator core(421) and a plurality of coils. The stator core has a core back unit(4211) and a plurality of tooth units. A plurality of tooth units are formed in a circumference direction with a constant interval. The plurality of coils are formed by winding conductive wires around the plurality of tooth units. An attraction magnet(46) is arranged inside the core back unit. The attraction magnet attracts the rotor holder to the stator.
