FIELD: textile; paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: fabric for paper-making machine has a multiple number of filaments stretching across fabric movement in the machine, and multiple number of filaments stretching in machine direction and multiple number of thermo-contracting combinations. The fabric is made up by means of clamping device intended for thermo-contracting tube sections fastening. Two or more proper fabric filaments for paper-making machine are inserted into each section of thermo-contracting tube and then heated. During heating operation, the thermo-contracting tube becomes smaller in dimensions and tight joint is produced between filaments inserted into the tube. ^ EFFECT: simple and effective production of joint with required strength and smoothness. ^ 22 cl, 11 dwg |
