FIELD: engineering industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry, and can be used for vibration insulation of process equipment. Vibration insulator consists of a housing and elastic element made from elastomeric material, which interacts with the object. Housing is made in the form of a base whereto there attached are elastic mounting buffer elements made from elastomeric material. Elastic element is made from bowl-shaped elastomeric material, in the bottom part of which there is a cylindrical groove forming a connection strip with cylindrical groove in the top part of elastic element for cylindrical shell made in the cover, which has a retainer ring. Elastic clamp fixing the thrust threaded bush through a distance ring is attached to the cover. Fixing stud with spherical band having increased hardness is screwed into the bush. The stud fixes vibration-insulated equipment on the thrust bush by means of nut and washer. Annular grooves of various height and width are made in the body of elastic element from its lower plane. Grooves reduce stiffness of elastic element within the specified limits, and allow setting the equipment vibration insulation system for the specified frequency. ^ EFFECT: improving vibration insulation efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
