An oil lever secure system of an oil reservoir using the earth connection is provided to prevent the flame from generating by operating a discharging pump with a valve handle. An oil lever secure system of an oil reservoir using the earth connection comprises: an earth sensor(2) sensing the connection of an earth conductor ejecting an external electric shock to the underground; a handle locking part(3) freely operating an valve handle if the earth connection is sensed by the earth sensor, or locking the valve handle if not; a handle operation detection part(4) sensing whether the valve is opened or not; an alarming part(5) warning that the earth connection does not realize; a discharging pump operation part(6) controlling the power of a discharging pump(6a); and a controller(1) controlling all elements.
