The device (D) has a protective cover (EP1) for housing a part (PB1) of an electronic case (B) and integrated to the case. A protective cover (EP2) houses a part (PB2) of the case when the case is constituted of the parts having reduced overheating resistances. The cover (EP2) is integrated to the case and the cover (EP1), where the covers are made of an overheating resistance material such as metal e.g. steel or aluminum. One of the covers has an evacuation opening evacuating liquid or housing a chip type mono-directional filter such as Goretex(RTM: membrane filter).
