A wet type inter-layer floor structure of a building is provided to prevent a combined part of inter-layer noise protectors from being damaged. A wet type inter-layer floor structure of a building comprises; a floor concrete slab(210); an inner and outer wall(220); an inter-layer noise protector(230) in which a sticking panel and a backer panel are integrally formed; a gap formation member(240) adhered to the sticking panel of an inter-layer noise protector; a wall noise protector(250) perpendicularly combined with the backer panel and the sticking panel of the inter-layer noise protector at the circumference of the top surface of the inter-layer noise protector; a lightweight cellular concrete layer(260) laminated on the upper side of the inter-layer noise protector; and a finishing mortar(270) for the finishing, laminated on the upper side of the lightweight cellular concrete layer.
