摘要 An membrane-electrode assembly is provided to be thermally stable at the temperature of 230-320 °C, to be used in the humidification environment and to maximize the performance of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell. A method for preparing a membrane-electrode assembly comprises the steps of: (i) manufacturing a polymer copolymer containing the ionic liquid; (ii) manufacturing an electrolyte membrane and ionomer binder by using an ionic liquid-containing polymer copolymer; (iii) manufacturing catalytic slurry and electrode; and (iv) heat-compressing the electrolyte membrane and a gas diffusing material coated with the electrode. The polymer copolymer is a polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer containing 2,3-dimethyl-1-octylimidazolium trifluoromethane sulfonate used as a proton conductor.
