A lighting device for fishing is provided, which disperses the light reflected through a reflector, reduces power consumption used for the fishing lamp, and prevents the fish from being changed in quality by the fishing lamp. A lighting device for fishing comprises: a reflector(1) in which the lamp holder fixing the fishing lamp is formed; a supporting frame(3) which connects and fixes the reflector to the rack; a link frame(19) which is fixed to the reflector and in which a connection part for interconnecting the reflector which is adjacent by using a fastener is formed; a cover closing the opening of the reflector; and a turn buckle(4) controlling the angle of inclination of the reflector.
