A composition for treating and preventing asthma, atopy, and rhinitis containing grape extract is provided to treat and prevent inflammation by oxidative stress by restricting cytokine secretion like interleukin-4 or interleukin-13 and oxidation. A composition for treating and preventing asthma, atopy, and rhinitis includes grape extract selected from kyoho, delaware, campbell early, and niagara. A method for manufacturing the grape extract includes a step for extracting lower alcohol of C3-6, water, lower organic acid of C3-6, lower alcohol ester of C3-6, and a lower ketone of C3-6 or halogenated hydrocarbon of C3-6 after grinding grape and a step for collecting the extract.
