Cell permeable fusion protein for ossification is provided to prevent and treat diseases like periodontal disease osteoporosis or osteogenesis imperfecta, and osteonosus by transporting protein within cell restricting adipocyte. Cell permeable fusion protein for ossification is formed by performing a covalent bond of amino terminal of a bone tissue and cell-penetrating peptide. The cell-penetrating peptide is oligopeptide containing over 70% of a mixture, low molecular weight protamine, trans activator of transcription, penetratin, polyarginine, polylysine, protamine, protamine, histidine, and arginine.
