A plasma display apparatus is provided to prevent a discharge error by controlling a supply time of a deleting signal after supplying a final sustain signal according to an input signal detected in a signal detecting part of a plasma display apparatus. A plasma display apparatus comprises a plasma display panel(100), a first driving part(200), a second driving part(300), a third driving part(400), and a signal detecting part(500). The plasma display panel is formed by attaching a front panel and a rear panel, includes scan electrodes(Y1~Yn), sustain electrodes(Z1~Zn), and address electrodes(X1~Xm). The first driving part supplies a reset signal to the scan electrode in order to uniformize a wall charge in a discharge cell. The second driving part supplies a sustain bias signal to the sustain electrode during a set down period and an address period, and supplies a sustain signal to the sustain electrode during a sustain period. The third driving part supplies a data signal to the address electrode during the address period. |
