<p>When interference low coherent rays, one of which passed investigated the optical fibre and the second reference line without polarization dispersion, the existence of polarization dispersion occurs two or more distinct peaks depending on the contrast of interference from the optical path difference of interfering rays. Small differences in delay-rays of different polarization, the existence of these apparent extension of the interference maxima envelopes depending on the interference contrast difference from arms length and value of the polarization dispersion, t. j. different speeds of propagation of different polarizations, we determine precisely under this extension of the interference maxima. The emergence of a broad peak contrast of interference can occur even when the investigation occurs to convert the fibre polarization modes. In this case the time delay values lying between the values determined at the spread of the polarization modes and investigated fibre length. The width of the interference maxima of the resultant is thus determined by polarizing investigated fibre dispersion, spectral width and the so-called interfering rays. conversion length, i. e. length at which the conversion occurs polarization modes.</p> |
