A liquid crystal display and an electronic device implementing the wide viewing angle are provided to offer wide viewing angle due to improving the display quality and reducing crosstalk. A liquid crystal layer is injected between a pair of transparent substrates. The liquid crystal layer side of one transparent substrate comprises a plurality of scanning lines and signal wire(15), a first electrode(19), a second electrode(22) and a common wire. A plurality of scanning lines and plurality of signal wires is arranged in the display space as a matrix shape. The first electrode is formed at the pixel region segmented by the scanning line and signal wire. The second electrode is formed through the display space. The common wire is formed to the outer side than the display space. The second electrode is electrically connected through the low resistance wiring formed according to one side of the display space with the common wire.
