<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film that is superior in light-use efficiency with a good alignment between the structure of lenticular lenses on the surface side and the structure of an optical functional layer on the backside, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical film, the optical functional layer 2 is formed on a non-lens surface of a lens film 1, as shown in (a). A hot melt layer 5 is formed on the optical functional layer 2, as shown in (b). The light 106 for exposure and heating is made to irradiate the lens surface side, as shown in (c), and a hot melt layer 5 contacted with the exposed optical functional layer 6 is melted while the portion of the optical functional layer 2 is selectively exposed and heated to generate adhesion, thereby the optical functional layer 6 is adhered to the hot melt layer 5, as shown in (d). The hot melt layer 5 is peeled and the optical functional layer 2 which is not adhered with the hot melt layer 5 is left, thereby obtaining a stripe pattern of the optical functional layer 2, as shown in (e). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
