PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information writing-controlling device which quickly executes the writing of information to an optical disk. SOLUTION: The information writing-controlling device includes: a reading-in means (reading-in processing parts 62a, 62b) which read in, in prescribed reading units, information stored in a storage device (HDD14) which reads out information stored in a storage medium by a head; a storage means (buffers 63a, 63b) having storage areas in which the multiple pieces of the information of reading unit, which is read in by the reading means, are stored; an acquisition means (writing processing parts 64a, 64b) which acquire the information stored in the storage areas of the storage means in writing units which are smaller than the reading units; and a writing means (writing processing parts 64a, 64b) which supply an optical disk device connected as a peripheral device with the information of writing unit acquired by the acquisition means and makes the optical disk device write it to a recording-object optical disk.
