PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having such an excellent weatherability as to also satisfy sufficiently the weatherablity requirements for surface materials of exterior construction materials. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet keeps a substrate sheet 6 overlaid with at least one protective layer 1 composed of a transparent or translucent resin copolymerized with a hindered amine type optical stabilizer, and the protective layer contains at least one UV absorber selected from triazine and benzotriazole type UV absorbers and inorganic UV absorbers comprising metal oxides.
