PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having such an excellent weather ability as to also satisfy sufficiently the weather ability requirements for surface materials of exterior construction materials. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet keeps a substrate sheet 6 overlaid with at least one protective layer 1 composed of a transparent or translucent resin bonded with a hindered amine type optical stabilizer having a primary hydroxy group, and the protective layer contains at least one UV absorber selected from triazine and benzotriazole type UV absorbers and inorganic UV absorbers comprising metal oxides.
