<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium which does not deteriorate its signal characteristics, even after it is placed under a high temperature and high humidity condition, without damaging its mechanical properties and storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The following two types of optical recording media are used. One is an optical recording medium which is a write once type optical disk whose error rate before and after a resistance-to-environment test in which the medium is left at a temperature of 80°C at relative humidity of 80% for 500 hours, is ≤10 in numerical value, wherein the error rate concerned is represented by [(an error rate after the resistance-to-environment test)/(an error rate before the resistance-to-environment test)], and which executes recording and reproduction with a blue laser beam. The other is an optical recording medium whose error rate before and after the resistance-to-environment test in which the medium is left at a temperature of 80°C at relative humidity of 80% for 500 hours, is ≤10 in numerical value, wherein the error rate concerned is represented by [(an error rate after the resistance-to-environment test)/(an error rate before the resistance-to-environment test)], and which has a reflection layer whose main component is aluminum, and executes recording and reproduction with a blue laser beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
