PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device 3 of a movable body 2 installed without executing a strict positioning, and a drawer apparatus having the same. SOLUTION: This brake gear includes an abutment body 30 abutting on a portion 2c on which the abutment body abuts which is provided in the movable body 2 at a predetermined reciprocating position of the movable body 2 and moving accompanied with the reciprocation of the movable body 2 after the abutment, a damper member 31 for applying a brake force to the movement of the damper movable portion 312, and a linkage body 32 moving with the movement of the abutment body 30 to move the damper movable portion 312.
