<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing portion structure of an instrument panel having higher quality and superior convenience, while securing large capacity of a storage box without being affected by a machining condition of an invisible type airbag device and layout of a surrounding structure, in the instrument panel installed with the airbag device. <P>SOLUTION: In this storing portion structure, the invisible type airbag device 2 is installed in the instrument panel 1, while a storing portion is provided on an upper surface of the instrument panel 1 at a position adjacent to the airbag device 2.
