USE OF SOLUBILIZED ANIONIC POLYURETHANE FOR SKIN CARE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that dispersed polyurethane is not suitable as a film forming agent and has any one property or a combined property of greasiness, rough or uneven touch, lengthy time for application, shiny appearance, insufficient adhesiveness and roughness, or that another polymer used for a preparation for skin care is necessary to be heated to a high temperature in the presence of a neutralizing agent to promote its solubilization. SOLUTION: A solubilized anionic polyurethane that gives improved appearance to a skin care composition can be used alone or in combination with other polymers especially an acrylate polymer or a methacrylate polymer.
