<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low viscosity yellow-colored aqueous pigment dispersion excellent in dispersion stability and storage stability, applicable to ink for inkjet after adjusting components, and excellent in the quality and light fastness of a printed image. <P>SOLUTION: This aqueous pigment dispersion containing water, an alkali metal hydroxide and C.I. Pigment Yellow 155 is provided by setting 0.00012 to 0.00075 range ratio (A)/(B) of the number of moles (A) of the alkali metal hydroxide to the mass in gram (B) of the C.I. Pigment Yellow 155. Further, the aqueous pigment dispersion is provided by using preferably an acrylic acid-based resin simultaneously. Also, the method for producing the aqueous pigment dispersion is provided by comprising a process of kneading a mixture containing the C.I. Pigment Yellow 155, the alkali metal hydroxide and the acrylic acid-based resin and using water or a wetting agent as necessary, while fulfilling the above blending amount range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
