PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic microphone housed in an existing back air chamber and having an acoustic resistance with less reactive components over a wide frequency band. SOLUTION: In a dynamic microphone comprising a microphone unit 10 including a diaphragm 11 having a voice coil 12, and a magnetic generation circuit 14 having a magnetic gap arranged, such that the voice coil 12 can vibrate, and a unit holder 20 for supporting the microphone unit from the side of the magnetic generation circuit 14 and internally having a rear air chamber 21 that communicates with the rear side of the diaphragm 11, an acoustic resistor 22 that is combined of acoustic resistances and acoustic capacitances in the shape of a distributed constant circuit is contained in the rear air chamber 21.
