PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily work a cylinder head of a structure satisfactorily carrying out air bleed of the inside of a water jacket while effectively cooling a combustion chamber. SOLUTION: The cylinder head 3 is provided with a bulkheads 11a, 11b, 11c dividing the water jacket 10 to each cylinder in the water jacket 10, and includes cooling openings 10a, 10b, 10c capable of making cooling water flow to sides of combustion chambers 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d and air bleed openings 12a, 12b, 12c capable of making air flow upward in the bulkheads 11a, 11b, 11c. The air bleed openings 12a, 12b, 12c are formed by applying work on core holes and covering the same by plugs 14a, 14b, 14c with using core holes of a baseboard insert-cast when the cylinder head 3 is cast and formed and provided at positions corresponding to bulkheads 11a, 11b, 11c of the core for the water jacket forming the water jacket 10.
