PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a body part by shortening the distance between a welding part of a fuse element and a lead conductor joining part in a membrane electrode without hindrance in a substrate type temperature fuse. SOLUTION: A fuse element 3 is welded over membrane electrodes a, b, lead conductors A, B are joined to the membrane electrodes a, b by soldering, and shutoff barriers 6a, 6b increasing wetting to molten solder in soldering or molten alloy in fuse element welding are arranged between a fuse element welding portion and a lead conductor soldering portion in the membrane electrodes a, b.
