PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy and stability of a stereo image without multiplying the error between images constituting the stereo image.

SOLUTION: A main camera of a camera 10 photographs a main image constituting the stereo image. A reference camera of the camera 10 photographs a reference image constituting the stereo image. A differential image creating section 216 detects the difference in coordinate value between the main image and the reference image and creates the differential image. An error calculation section 217 calculates the correction values of coordinate values of the main image and the reference image based on the differential image. A partially cutting section 205 extracts a partial image from the main image based on the shift value calculated by a camera center detection section 202. A partially cutting section 215 extracts a partial image from the reference image based on the correction value calculated by the error calculation section 217.
