PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively recover grains contained in ear-cut products while not only preventing a threshing treatment capacity from being reduced by the retention of the ear-cut products in a threshing chamber but also preventing the selection action of the first product by a chaff sieve mechanism from being deteriorated without causing the increase of a cost and enlargement of a size. SOLUTION: The swinging selection structure has a swinging selection mechanism including the chaff sieve mechanism and a re-selection mechanism integrally swung in the front and rear direction of a machine body, and is constituted so that the first product selected by the chaff sieve mechanism may leak down to a first product gutter and the second product selected by the re-selection mechanism may leak down to a second product gutter. The swinging selection structure is also equipped with a bypass mechanism for conveying at least a part of a waste including a threshed product and an unnecessary substance discharged from a waste-sending opening installed in the downstream side of the threshing chamber in the grain culm-conveying direction in the threshing part to the re-selection mechanism by bypassing the chaff sieve mechanism.
