An opening and closing device of the water gate is provided that the installation cost is decreased and the installation space can be minimized since a plurality of water gates can be opened and closed by one winch. An opening and closing device of the water gate comprises a water gate(100) in which a first wire rope(120) is connected to one side of the bottom part, a winch unit(200) in which a second wire rope(220) is reeled in the wire drum and is wound by the driving device, a wire rope connector which interconnects the first wire rope and the second wire rope, a winch unit transfer device opening and closing a plurality of water gates.
