A circuit for driving pixel, a photographing apparatus and a camera system for reducing the increment of the circuit size are provided to prevent the deterioration of the photographing image and perform an electronic shutter process. An address decoder(102) includes object line selecting circuit selecting a pixel array row. A memory circuit(1031) memorizes operation information executed in each pixel circuit of pixel array selected by an address decoder according to memory control signal inputted from a sensor control unit and address selection signal inputted from an address decoder. A timing control circuit(1032) produces the reset control signal and transmission control signal of the high level based on the signal outputted from the memory circuit. The timing control circuit has the transmission transistor and reset transistor of the pixel circuit the turn on. The electronic shutter processing ejecting the electric charge remaining in the photo diode through the selecting transistor outside the pixel circuit is performed.
