METHOD OF HYDROPHOBIC PTFE COATING ON THE ENAMELLED CARBON-STEEL HEATING ELEMENTS FOR GGH

A method of hydrophobic PTFE coating on the enameled carbon-steel heating elements for GGH is provided in which a fine concave-convex is occurred on enameled coating layer. A method of hydrophobic PTFE coating on the enameled carbon-steel heating elements for GGH comprises a step of roughing the surface of enamel coating layer in first with a sand blasting in order to increase adhesive property of the fluorine resin coating layer and enamel coating layer; and a step of forming fluorine resin coating layer of the hydrophobicity having the thickness of about 3 - 4mum by spraying or immersing liquid in which the fluorine resin component like the poly tetra fluorine ethylene is contained on etched enamel coating layer and thus sintering it. The liquid in which the fluorine resin is contained is sprayed on the enamel coating layer is sintered under the temperature of 150 and 350°C for 5 minutes ~ 24 hours.
