A transformer is provided to prevent an unwanted coupling due to a separate line by directly forming a power supply pad on an input conductive line. At least one input conductive line(110, 120, 130, 140) is formed on a substrate(101). Both ends of the input conductive line are provided as a positive signal input terminal and a negative signal input terminal. One output conductive line(150) generates an electromagnetic coupling together with the input conductive line. One end of the output conductive line is connected to an output terminal. The other end of the output conductive line is connected to a ground terminal. A power supply pad(111, 121, 131, 141) is formed on a part region of the input conductive line. A harmonics removing part(160) is formed between one end and the other end of the output conductive line for removing a harmonics component of a signal outputted from the output conductive line. A part of the input conductive line is formed on a top surface of the substrate. A rest part of the input conductive line is formed on a layer different from the top surface of the substrate. A part of the output conductive line is formed on the top surface of the substrate. A rest part of the output conductive line is formed on a layer different from the top surface of the substrate. The output conductive line is not connected to the input conductive line.
