PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar boat which works well without failure by disposing a solar battery in a boat having a jet pump built in a hull. SOLUTION: In a water jet propulsion device where water is sucked from a suction port 4 opened in a ship's bottom, and the water is pressurized by an impeller 6 of a pump casing 5 and jetted from a discharge port 8 provided on the stern to obtain propulsion force, a solar battery 9 is disposed on a boat, and the solar battery 9 and a jet pump 3 are connected to each other to interlock. Thus, a projected matter on the ship's bottom 2 can be removed to carry the boat safely and easily, the solar batteries 9 are provided with a storage battery to improve the traveling efficiency, and the length of the boat can be reduced. |
