A liquid crystal display apparatus including transfer electrode for improving corrosion is provided to improve stability by arranging conductivity oxide on a lower electrode forming aluminum or molybdenum. A common electrode(16) is formed on a first substrate. The connection electrode comprises a bottom electrode which is combined on the first substrate, and is made of the metal which is in opposite directions to a part of the common electrode in the first substrate. An insulating layer(17) has a plurality of contact holes. A second substrate is comprised of the oxidation conductive material on the insulating layer. A second substrate comprises the upper electrode. The upper electrode is electrically connected to the bottom electrode through a plurality of contact hole(18). A plurality of conductivity gap member electrically connects a part of the common electrode between a part of the common electrode and upper electrode of the connection electrode to the upper electrode of the connection electrode. The surface shape of the upper electrode has recess on the location corresponding to the contact holes of the insulating layer.
