An automatic welding fixture loading/unloading device is provided to simplify the welding work of spacer grid by using a clamping cylinder for the screw connection between the spacer grid and the rotational welding plate. An automatic welding fixture loading/unloading device comprises a welding tool(210) inserted to the outside of a spacer grid for nuclear fuel assembly to be welded, a chamber with one open side, a first rotational welding plate(350) which is equipped within the chamber and rotates in a specific direction, and a second rotational welding plate(360) including a holder(220) in which the spacer grid combined with the welding tool is mounted.
