A raw powder mixing device is provided to improve working environment increasingly and accident in advance, and cut the manufacturing cost by minimizing loss of powder material. A raw powder mixing device comprises a ribbon mixer part(30) mixing powder material and a powder material feeding part(10) feeding powder material with the ribbon mixer part. A powder material feeding part comprises a hopper(110) through which powder material is fed with its top open; a pulverizing part(120) pulverizing lumped powder material among powder material inputted in the hopper, installed on the lower part of the hopper; a safety mesh(130) installed on the upper part of the pulverizing part; a suction pipe(160) installed on the upper part of the hopper; and a precipitation part sucking up dust scattered on the upper of the hopper connected to a suction pipe through a suction pipe. The precipitation part includes a compressed air injection par separating dust stuck to a filter by spraying the compressed air toward a filter.
