A manufacturing method of austenite stainless steel strip using a twin roll strip caster is provided to improve the product quality by adding a cold rolling step and thus increasing the decomposition rate of deltaferrite in the annealing pickling step. A manufacturing method of austenite stainless steel strip using a twin roll strip caster comprises a step of casting austenitic stainless steel into a slab(8) with the twin roll strip caster, a step of obtaining a strip by rolling the slab with a hot-roller(12), a step of trimming the strip in order to remove the deformity of the edge part, a step of subjecting the trimmed strip to cold rolling, and a step of annealing and pickling the cold-rolled strip. A meniscus shield(5) is used in casting of the slab, where the oxygen content of the meniscus shield inside is 0.1% or less.
