A band connecting car pedal cover is provided prevent itself from sliding down with the pedal effort and being separated from a pedal by adamantly uniting with the pedal of the synthetic resin plate. A band connecting car pedal cover comprises a car pedal(50) including a plate(20) made of synthetic resin; a plurality of bands(3) formed in the top end portion of a plate; a protrusion(4) located in the lower part in order to hook and six the end tip of band. The lower part of band is connected in the protrusion after surrounding the pedal with the band.
