A ventilation apparatus is provided to reduce the weight of the case, prevent vibration and noise, and enhance the heat insulation property by making a part of the case with foamed material as the foam case is inserted into the sheet metal case. A ventilation apparatus comprises a sheet metal case(100) obtained by processing a steel sheet, and a foam case(200) formed by injection molding with a barrier plate(210) inside. The foam case, in which an intake fan(110) and an exhaust fan(120) are fixed to a bracket(111), and a heat exchange unit(300) and an air filter(310) are fixed to the barrier plate, is inserted inside the sheet metal case so that the front and rear sides are exposed outside. The top of the foam case is covered with a foam board(400), the foam board is covered with a sheet metal board(500), and then the sheet metal board is fixed on the side of the sheet metal case.
