FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology and concerns treatment of such diseases of heart as heart arrhythmia, ischemia and myocardial infarction. For this purpose taliporfin in effective doses is administered. ^ EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of the specified pathology at the expense of antiarrhytmic taliporfin action, and also its abilities to reduce a zone of myocardium ischemia and to enlarge NO synthesis. ^ 5 ex, 6 tbl, 9 dwg
