FIELD: construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: equipment for production of foamed concrete by method of two-stage mixing of primary components includes first stage high-speed mixer for obtaining cement-water suspension, second stage mixer in a form of single-shaft low-speed concrete mixing machine that has horizontal drive shaft with actuating element located in the housing with end walls and foamed concrete output pipe, foaming agent and water dosing device and pipe line. First stage mixer represents activator that has loading hatch and output pipe with centrifugal disintegrator on the shaft of which there is toothed disk and pump impeller. On the housing ends there is toothed disk installed with the possibility of teeth location between teeth of the disk. Loading hatch represents a valve with diameter of loading hole amounting 150-320 mm. Foaming agent and water dosing device is made in a form of a housing connected with the tanks where there is balancing lever with poppet valves. It serves for provision of "down" position - simultaneous opening of hole for housing filling with foaming agent and atmosphere contact hole and closing the holes for water input and output of foaming agent and water mixture. In case of "up" position - simultaneous opening of hole for water input and output of foaming agent and water mixture. ^ EFFECT: products with density of high range at high strength, homogeneity and quality. ^ 4 dwg |
