At the first passage it is punched head in the form of two cones, joined by major foundations. At the second passage received semi-finished product at first clutched by half-matrix in places of cones coupling. Then head is punched in the form of cylinder with axis, perpendicular to longitudinal axis of initial blank. Cylinder height is defined equal to 0.8/0.9 of major foundation diameter of cones.
