VOC GAS TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VOC (volatile organic compound) gas treatment apparatus capable of stirring the whole of the treatment apparatus and reducing resistance during stirring rotation.

SOLUTION: A carrier filling layer 11 of a biological treatment tank 1 is made to a vertical placement cylindrical shape, and a stirring shaft 5a is penetrated through the carrier filling layer 11 in a vertical direction. A stirring impeller 5b is approximately horizontally extended from a portion near an intermediate part in a height direction of the carrier filling layer 11 of the stirring shaft 5a, and a stirring rod 5d is vertically extended from the stirring impeller 5b with a predetermined gap in a vertical direction. A cleaning brush 15 for cleaning the bottom plate 11a of the carrier filling layer 11 is approximately horizontally extended from the stirring shaft 5a below the bottom plate 11a.
