PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament fixing apparatus which requires no troublesome adjusting work in the fixing work to a fabric material or the like which is a member to be fixed of various kinds of ornaments, neither damages nor breaks a decorative part, and also, can ensure a working space for the fabric material or the like which is the member to be fixed, and to provide a fixing method for ornaments by the fixing apparatus. SOLUTION: This ornament fixing apparatus fixes the ornament as a fixing member to the sheet-like member to be fixed. The ornament fixing apparatus has a tubular section, one flange section, and a shaft member. The tubular section is arranged in a manner to penetrate the member to be fixed. The one flange section is formed on one end section of the tubular section, and is arranged on the one side-surface section side of the member to be fixed. The shaft member is arranged in the tubular section in a manner to penetrate the tubular section, and has a length dimension which is larger than the length dimension of the tubular section. The other flange section is formed on the other end section of the tubular section by pulling the shaft member in the axial direction of the tubular section, and the ornament is fixed to the member to be fixed by the one flange section and the other flange section.
