PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment tank for analyzing water capable of making measurable that water contains no floatable impurities and capable of precipitating and measuring impurities. SOLUTION: The adjusting tank for analyzing water has a separation tank 1 having a water supply pipe 4 for receiving the supply of polluted water; an overflow pipe 6 for allowing impurities of polluted water to flow out and a drain pipe 5 for discharging polluted water, a filter tank 2 having a mesh lattice plate 16, a pebble tank 3, having a pebble part 14 and a washing pipe for washing the respective tanks. The separation tank 1 has a water guidance inverting part 8 for guiding impurities to the overflow pipe 6, and a flooding inverting part 9 provided to the outflow port toward the filter tank 2.
