PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flashback generated at a fuel device side of a combustion gas supply passage, from reaching a combustion gas source. SOLUTION: A vacant chamber body 12 and a water chamber body 14 are disposed in the supply passage, and both sealed bodies 12, 14 are connected by a connection pipe 20. The water chamber body 14 is filled with the water 22, and the connecting body 20 is extended and disposed near a bottom portion of the vacant chamber body 12 at its one end, and extended and disposed near a bottom portion of the water chamber body 14 at the other end. When the flashback is generated, the vacant chamber body 12 is filled with the water 22 in the water chamber body 14 by flashback pressure, thus double shielding can be performed to flashback.
