PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally backup data by preventing battery exchange and data backup from being simultaneously performed. SOLUTION: A processing part 103 calculates walking data by receiving a walking signal corresponding to walking from a walking detection part 110, and stores the walking data in a storage part 108. When the walking signal from the walking detection part 110 is not acquired for a prescribed time, a processing part 103 stores the walking data stored in the storage part 108 in a backup part 109 configured of the non-volatile memory, and controls a walking detection part 110 through a power source circuit 104 to intermittently detect walking instead of continuous detection.
