PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline polymer microporous film which can efficiently capture fine particles, is hardly clogged and has improved scratch resistance while keeping performance of capturing fine particles and has long filtration life and to provide a method for manufacturing the crystalline polymer microporous film with which the crystalline polymer microporous film can be efficiently manufactured and a filtration filter using the crystalline polymer microporous film. SOLUTION: The crystalline polymer microporous film has a crystalline polymer layer, which consists of a crystalline polymer and has a single structure, and many pores each penetrating the crystalline polymer layer in the thickness direction and is characterized in that each of many pores has a small diameter portion the average pore diameter of which is smaller than those of both open ends of each pore, is present in the inside of the crystalline polymer layer.
