<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic clock with built-in antenna for efficiently suppressing degradation of the antenna characteristics of the antenna. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic clock with the built-in antenna comprises an exterior case 9, having a casing 91 and a rear cover 93, the antenna 21 for receiving external radio information, a receiving means, and a module 94, in which the antenna 21 and the receiving means are arranged and which is stored in the exterior case 9. At least a part of the rear cover 93 is formed of metal. On the bottom face of the module 94, a bottom arrangement part 944 is formed which is provided by a size portion that is separated of a bottom protruding part 943 apart from the bottom protruded part 943 abutting against the rear cover 93 and from the rear cover 93. On the bottom arrangement part 944, a bottom magnetic member 96 is arranged which has higher permeability and lower conductivity than the rear cover 93.
