PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily detain a train line when adjustment work of a support position of the train line is performed. SOLUTION: A trolley line temporary detaining device 40 is attached to an appropriate position on a swing-stop pipe 5 of a movable bracket 2 by a mounting member 41, and a strut 43 is fixed to a midway extending vertically downwardly from the mounting member 41 through a by-passing member 42 so as to avoid interference with an arm 7. A mounting member 44 is attached to an appropriate position on the strut 43, a block support member 46 is connected to the mounting member 44 through a turn buckle 45, and a pair of blocks 47 is provided on the block support member 46 on the front and rear sides of an arm support device 1. The trolley line temporary detaining device 40 detains the trolley line T pulled in a direction separated from an arm 7 of a curve drawing device 6, the trolley line T is arranged on the arm support device 1 by length adjustment of the turn buckle 45, and the support position of the trolley line T can be adjusted/fixed in such a state that load is not applied to the arm support device 1.
