PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage tester for an endoscope which does not cause erroneous mounting of attaching a connection base to an inside/outside communicating valve mistaking it from a valve opening adapter for the time of sterilization processing even when the connection base connected to the inside/outside communicating valve of the endoscope is configured to be freely attached and detached to/from the distal end of a pressurizing tube. SOLUTION: For the leakage tester for the endoscope, the connection base 20 freely connectable and separable to/from the inside/outside communicating valve 52 provided in the state of being closed by energizing force on the outer wall part of the airtight endoscope 50 is freely detachably attached to the distal end of the pressurizing tube 6, and the inside/outside communicating valve 52 is configured to be turned to an open state against the energizing force when the connection base 20 is connected. In the leakage tester, the connection base 20 is provided with connection regulation means 24 and 29 which are operated in linkage with an attachment/detachment state to the pressurizing tube 6 and make the connection base 20 unconnectable to the inside/outside communicating valve 52 when the connection base 20 is not attached to the pressurizing tube 6.
